Rashpal has held executive positions in some of the countries finest Indian restaurants and his illustrious career has seen him hand-picked by exclusive invitation to cater for the former President of the United States, Bill Clinton, Tony Blair and other world leaders at the G8 Summit.
He has established himself as a pioneer in the catering business and has enjoyed unparalled success on his journey.
Rashpal has had accreditation in several Good Food Guide listings and more recently Hello Curry and British Curry Award glories. Outside of the kitchen, Rashpal has a lifelong passion for gardening – Infact, he was once the apprentice of his father, a farmer in the native Punjab. He is also a keen traveller, and regularly draws upon his experience to constantly add to his catalogue of skills and techniques.
It is this variety of skills and understanding that has allowed him to build the continued legacy of the Five Rivers Group.
Inspired by A Majestic Ancestry
Rashpal adopted his passion for food whilst growing up. Inspiration for his meals are taken from a place where the rich history and culture is reflected in the cuisine.
Foods that embodied the extravagant Moghul and Maharaja heritage surrounded him throughout childhood.
